Okay, without further ado, let me explain the method and ingredients for making POTATO PARKEDEL:

Ingredients
1/4 potato (mashed)
3 tablespoons flour
1 egg
1 package of Sedap
Simply add 3 tablespoons of flour to the bowl containing the 1/4 potato (mashed) and mix until evenly distributed. Then, add 1 package of Sedap and stir again until evenly combined. For details, see the photo below:



Next, shape the potato dough into a ball, whether you want it to be oval or round, depending on your taste. For details, see the photo below:


Next, lightly beat one egg without adding anything else. Then, dip the shaped potatoes into the beaten egg, one by one. Fry until golden brown or cooked through, then drain. For details, see the photo below:




Next, transfer the fried and drained potato to a plate or container, garnish with your choice of toppings, and the potato parchedel is ready to serve. For details, see the photo below:
