Happy the soup turned out for you this time. I have never tried Mie Rubus. It looks like something halfway between Pho and ramen, but it sounds like it might be sweeter. I am more of a savoury and salty girl. The rice wraps would probably be more to my liking.

        With shrimp broth, it will give a savory effect too, not too sweet :)
