Hi, hivers. Today I want to share my cooking activity. I made beef broth soup. An easy dish to serve in cold weather.
This recipe serves five people.
Cooking time : 80 minutes
Ingredients:
1 kg beef bone
Water
2 teaspoons of oil
2 carrots
2 potatoes
1 tomato
8 cloves of onion
4 cloves of garlic
Aromatic ingredients:
2 cardamom pods
4 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1 nutmeg
3 spring onions
2 sop leaves
Steps:
First, boil the beef leg bone in water. I used a pressure cooker to save time and boiled it for about 60 minutes.
While waiting, prepare the aromatic ingredients. For the nutmeg, release the seeds from the shell, then crush them. No need to make them too fine. Set them aside.
Cut the carrots and potatoes however you like. I sliced them and set them aside.
Next, fry the thinly sliced shallots and garlic as toppings. Cook them until they turn brown and produce a delicious aroma.
Once the pressure cooking time is over, the broth will look like this. Reduce the heat, then add the aromatic ingredients that have been prepared earlier.
After boiling, add the carrot and potato pieces, along with the soup leaves and spring onions.
Once the carrots and potatoes are cooked, turn off the heat and add a sprinkling of the fried onions that were cooked earlier.
The beef bone soup is ready to eat. Serve it with warm white rice. Eating it in the rain makes for a warming meal.
