Qué delicia de receta. Me encanta el queso en todas sus formas y variedades. Sin embargo, en forma de pastel suelo consumirlo en pocas ocasiones porque me suelo inclinar siempre por lo más dulce. Viendo tu elaboración me ha entrado el antojo, jeje. Aunque sugieres otras posibilidades, pienso que el acabado con la mermelada de fresa es el más acertado, pues su acidez le da el contrapunto perfecto al sabor del queso. Es la combinación que más me gusta, la hago tanto con los quesos más suaves como con los fuertes y en todas es buenísima. ¡Gracias por compartir!

What a delicious recipe. I love cheese in all its forms and varieties. However, I rarely eat it in cake form because I usually prefer sweeter things. Seeing your creation has made me crave some, hehe. Although you suggest other possibilities, I think the strawberry jam topping is the best choice, as its acidity provides the perfect counterpoint to the flavour of the cheese. It's my favourite combination, and I make it with both mild and strong cheeses, and it's delicious with all of them. Thank you for sharing!
