This time, I have an idea for an unusual chicken dish that you can enjoy during the rainy season. Even if you are a fan of chicken dishes, I think this will become one of your favorites.

Today, I'll be sharing a new recipe for a chicken dish. It's simple, but trust me, it will be the tastiest chicken dish you've ever had. I first tried this recipe on a whim, following my sister's recipe. She no longer eats out, so she often makes chicken dishes like this at home. She usually cuts it up and enjoys it with warm soup at home. According to her, if you want an alternative to meatballs, this is much better. I happened to try it yesterday, and wow, it really tastes that good, even without the other ingredients sold out there.

The recipe is also very easy to prepare. With just a few ingredients, you can quickly enjoy this delicious bowl of meatballs. Curious about the recipe? Let's take a look below.

300 grams of chicken meat
3 tablespoons of wheat flour
1 egg
1 stalk of celery
1 teaspoon of ground pepper
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of oyster sauce
3 cloves of garlic
¼ teaspoon of mushroom broth
¼ teaspoon of salt

Preparation Procedure

Take boneless chicken meat, cut it into small pieces, then finely chop the garlic.

Once smooth, add the flour, mix, and place in a bowl greased with margarine or oil.

Then steam for approximately 15 to 29 minutes, depending on the thickness of the mixture in the bowl, so that it cooks evenly.

Serve the steamed chicken bowl. It will usually be a little watery due to the steam during steaming. I recommend not throwing the water away, because it will keep the bowl moist. The chicken will remain firm but not tough, and the water will make it very delicious and umami.

The chicken has a rich, fantastic umami flavor, not too chewy but not tough either. Everything is perfectly balanced with an extraordinary taste, in my opinion.
