Vegan lovers, this type of bread is always a favorite in my country. Well as a lover of processed food from flour I really like foods like this, soft and certainly a little sweet with the right taste. Now this time I will show you a simple recipe with a beautiful appearance.
Dragon Fruit Bomboloni
Bomboloni is one of the Italian donuts that is synonymous with stuffed donuts. Now this cake is one of the most popular desserts or snacks in my area. Usually this cake is filled with various colored fillings, now different from bomboloni in general, this time the bomboloni that I processed has a beautiful natural color from fresh dragon fruit.
To make it does not require many ingredients, it only requires a lot of patience while waiting for the bomboloni to be proffered. But when frying also requires special accuracy like making donuts in general. Well this dish for the recipe that I show you get 12 pcs of bomboloni by giving chocolate topping and donut sugar so that it has a spectacular taste.
Ingredients Used
50 grams medium protein wheat flour
2 tablespoons of dragon fruit
1 egg
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons margarine
¼ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon fermipan
Making Procedure
Mix the flour together then add the fermipan and sugar.
Take 2 tablespoons of dragon fruit, then mash it using a fork or other tools.
Then add the dragon fruit into the dry flour, stirring until evenly distributed.
Then add one egg, then stir all the ingredients until evenly distributed.
Stir all the ingredients until smooth, and see the color change to be very beautiful. Then add margarine and salt.
Then stir until evenly distributed again to make sure all the ingredients are well combined and the dough is smooth.
Divide the dough into several parts, round it neatly and place it on paper for easy frying.
Let stand for about 40 minutes, if it has doubled, heat the cooking oil.
Fry with hot oil, until cooked, remove and let cool. After cooling, make a hole in the top of the sponge cake. Then put chocolate filling or whatever you like in it.
Results
The dragon fruit bomboloni is ready to be served, ahh this is my first experience making dragon fruit bomboloni and the result is perfect. The fat expands perfectly and when given a chocolate filling, the bomboloni becomes even more delicious.

The bomboloni is very soft, when eaten it is not greasy and evenly cooked. The most important thing is that it tastes very good, the combination of bomboloni with chocolate jam gives a sweet impression with the delicious taste of bombo bread.
