Sausage is always favored by many people, especially made with unique preparations that make anyone drool when they see it.
So this time I will process sausages into snacks that are very often processed in our area. Even being a very best-selling street snack, processed from sausages is often a processed snack that is very easy to prepare and of course has many menus that can be made and certainly quickly prepared. Therefore, sausage is the main ingredient choice that everyone has at home as a food stock at home.
Sausage Roll Noodles
Sausage roll noodles are one of the viral snacks wrapped in instant noodle rolls. It looks simple but when served it has a very unique taste. This snack is much loved by teenagers and children, maybe because of its unique shape and just made from sausage which as we know sausage is very popular with children.
Well, I'm curious about the preparation steps, let's take a look at the preparation step by step.
Ingredients Used
1 egg
1 pack of instant noodles
Instant noodle seasoning
¼ teaspoon salt
Making Procedure
Cut the sausage into 2 parts, well this process can be according to your taste, you can also cut 3 parts for shorter size results or adjust the sausage you use.
Split the sausage at each end into 4 parts so that when fried it will bloom.
Boil instant noodles until soft, don't overcook it later it will have a bad texture.
Beat the eggs in a plate container then add the instant noodle seasoning and enough salt.
Then roll the instant noodles in the prepared sausage until it's done.
Then dip the sausage roll noodles into the egg, cover until all sides are covered with egg.
Fry in hot oil until brownish yellow or until cooked according to your taste.

The instant noodle sausage roll is ready to be served, if I usually enjoy it at street vendors by buying it. It turns out that making it myself is much better, the seasoning is very pronounced plus I add a little salt in the egg mixture so that the seasoning soaks into the noodles and even the sausage.
This is a very easy snack, well usually when I enjoy at snacks outside sausage rolls this noodle is made from other types of noodles so it is less suitable for the tongue by some people and usually sold outside the noodles are also a little harder texture. I think making it with instant noodles has a very light and soft texture.
