Sempol Sausage

Sausage balls are a very practical street snack that is loved by many people here. Yeah, this snack is usually sold at schools near my house or in the late afternoon on busy streets. This sausage snack doesn't use any fat, but it tastes amazing with its extraordinary flavor.

Sausage balls are made by coating sausage with a flour mixture, then boiling it in boiling water and frying it again with an egg coating. This egg coating makes it even more savory and gives it a unique flavor that sets it apart from other delicious snacks.
Ingredients

100 grams of tapioca flour
300 ml of water
8 sausages
4 cloves of garlic
½ teaspoon of mushroom broth
½ teaspoon of salt
Celery leaves to taste.
1 egg
Cooking Procedure
