Easy Way To Make Cheese Sago Cookies For The First Time At Home

Today, I will show you how to make a simple cookie recipe that is quite popular in my country. These cookies are usually served as snacks for celebrations such as holidays or family gatherings to welcome guests.




Cheese Sago Cookies

Sago cookies are a quick alternative to making cookies at home, using a few ingredients that I think are very easy to find and always available. Sago cookies are cookies made from a mixture of several ingredients, including tapioca flour, coconut milk, cheese, and a few other supporting ingredients.

The combination of cheese and tapioca flour certainly makes this dish even more delicious, savory, and gives it an extraordinary taste.




Ingredients

300 grams tapioca flour
140 grams caster sugar
100 grams margarine
1 egg
50 grams butter
200 ml coconut milk
100 grams cheddar cheese
2 pandan leaves




Making Procedure


Roast the tapioca flour until dry, adding one pandan leaf.

Mix the powdered sugar, egg yolk, and butter, then mix until well blended.

Add the coconut milk, stir, then add the flour and grated cheese.

Stir again until the mixture is smooth. Then, press the mixture with a sago cake mold into a baking pan that has been greased with margarine.

Print all the dough into the pan, sprinkle cheese on top, then bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 50 minutes until golden brown.

The cheese sago cake is ready to serve. Store it in an airtight container and serve. This cake can be stored for a month at room temperature, as long as it is kept in a container. Look at the beautiful results! I'm so happy with how attractive it looks.
