Pie has many variants and of course the various variants have different flavors with very authentic flavors. This time fruit pie is my second pie after making the first time with total failure. But this time as if to prove my pie successfully served well.
Fruit pie is a combination of pie with a variant of fla that is added with delicious fresh fruit, the original recipe of the pie has a cream-colored fla like fla in general. But because my husband doesn't like white fla, the final result with a little coloring is the way I took. This prevents my pie from becoming inedible like my past experience.
Pie should be made with extra patience, because there are so many variants of steps, you have to be patient to prepare step by step.
Pie Crust Ingredients
70 grams powdered sugar
2 egg yolks
250 grams flour
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon vanilla
Ice water to taste
Making Procedure
While waiting for the pie crust then I prepared the fla, well actually the fla here in the original recipe is not given coloring yam because my husband doesn't like white fla like that I changed the recipe a little. By giving just a little coloring. But in my opinion the results are better without coloring all according to their respective tastes as well as the provision of toppings.

90 grams granulated sugar
50 grams cornstarch
20 grams butter
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon vanilla

The last step after the pie crust is cooked, then don't forget to add fla and add topping pieces of fruit according to taste. Use fresh fruit for a more special result. This dish is indeed very beautiful everything is well presented when adding fla the pie crust does not crack at all it is the most anticipated thing and makes me a little nervous. Now I have made pie before but the result was not good at all, I really like this final result, it's beautiful.
Results
The pie is ready to be served, well usually I serve this fruit pie when it will be enjoyed, yeah because it uses fresh fruit with a thick layer it should be made when it will be enjoyed. It will last longer and of course the pie crust remains sturdy and beautiful.

This pie is very beautiful, of course it tastes very good with a combination of fresh sweet flavors from the pie crust of course the fla also makes it sweet but the sweetness is not over still feels right on your tongue. For me, who is not a sweet eater, this flavor is very fitting.
