Hello foodies of the world, I hope you're enjoying your meal if you're eating right now.
When we travel, finding good places to eat is quite a concern for us, and the truth is that we have been lucky in our choices, as not all of them are on the map or have reviews. So, when we were in Mesa de Esnujaque for dinner and wanted to eat hamburgers, we couldn't find any fast food places in the town, and we actually had to ask one of the locals, who recommended: El Botalón.
It is a restaurant with comfortable facilities and a family atmosphere that offers different dining options such as breads, cachapas, grilled meats, pepitos, and hamburgers. We chose the latter option, filled with chicken. While we waited, they placed different types of sauces on the table. It was the first time we had been offered so many options, and I was eager to try them all, or at least most of them.
The burgers took about 25 minutes to be ready. When I saw them arrive, I thought they were huge, which was to be expected given the price. They were cut in half, so I could see the perfection of the layers of filling, which included French fries, vegetables (lettuce and tomato), chicken, ham, bacon, pasteurized cheese, and yellow cheese. I couldn't have asked for more.
When I tried it, I was captivated by its flavor and the harmony of all the ingredients, as each one could be tasted and none went unnoticed, but above all, I was pleased with the amount of protein and bacon inside. I started trying all the sauces, which were bacon, smoked, guasacaca, tartar, cheddar, and corn. They were all delicious, but the last one was my favorite. I could only eat half because I got full quickly, so I saved the other half for breakfast. Ricardo had the same experience.
I love hamburgers, I'm glad these were so delicious and that they will meet and even exceed my expectations.

Hola comidistas del mundo, les envío un buen provecho si se encuentran comiendo en este momento.
Cuando viajamos encontrar buenos sitios para comer nos preocupa bastante y la verdad es que hemos tenido suerte eligiendo los lugares ya que todos no se encuentran en el mapa o no tienen opiniones, así que cuando estuvimos en la Mesa de Esnujaque durante la cena queríamos comer hamburguesas, recorriendo el pueblo no veíamos algún sitio de comida rápida y la verdad que tuvimos que preguntar a uno de los habitantes del pueblo y nos recomendó: El Botalón.
Es un restaurante con cómodas instalaciones y un ambiente familiar que ofrece distintas opciones para cenar como: panes, cachapas, parrilla, pepitos y hamburguesas, nosotros elegimos la última opción, rellenas con pollo, mientras esperábamos colocaron en la mesa distintos tipos de salsas, primera vez que nos ofrecen tantas opciones yo ansiaba probarlas todas o la mayoría.
Las hamburguesas demoraron aproximadamente 25 minutos en estar listas, cuando las vi llegar, sentí que eran enormes y no esperaba menos, por el precio que tenían, venían divididas a la mitad así que podía ver la perfección de las capas de su relleno que llevaba papitas fritas, vegetales (lechuga y tomate) pollo, jamón, tocineta, queso pasteurizado y queso amarillo, no podía pedir más.
Al probarla quede cautivada con su sabor y la armonía de todos los ingredientes ya que podía sentirse cada uno y ninguno pasaba desapercibido, pero sobretodo quedé complacida con la cantidad de proteína y tocineta que traían por dentro, empecé a probar todas las salsas que eran de tocineta, ahumada, guasacaca, tártara, tipo sheddar y de maíz, estaban buenísimas pero la última fue mi favorita, solo pude comer la mitad porque me llene rápidamente, así que la otra parte la guarde para el desayuno, a Ricardo le paso igual.
Amo las hamburguesas, me alegra que estás estuvieran así de deliciosas y que llenarán mis expectativas e incluso las superarán.
