Good evening lovers of good food. I'm glad 😊 to be here once again and i hope y'all are doing great. It has been a locely, stressful yet great week for me. Last night I prepared a delicious yam porridge and I bet, you will love to have a taste of it.
Fast-forward to the ingredients and preparation of my sweet porridge:
Main ingredients:
1 tuber of yam
A handful of vegetables (pumpkin leaf)
1cup of crayfish
2 seasoning cube
2 teaspoon of salt
1cup of red oil
5pcs of fresh pepper
3cups of water
1big bulb of onion 🧅
Preparation-
Step1: i peel the yam and cut it into a desirable shape and washed it, then i put it in a cooking pot and boiled it for 15minutes, while allowing to boil, i went ahead to prepare other things for cooking it
Step2:
Next is to blend pepper onion and crayfish and keep aside to prepare other ingredients
Step3:
Selecting of the vegetable and washing it with salt and water, then i cut it into small cuts
Step4:
I checked the yam i boil and ut has soften, so i added the blended crayfish, onion and pepper inside the boiling yam and stirred up very well to mix up
Step5:
I added the seasoning cube, salt and red oil and stirred it very, i allow it to boil for 7 minutes
Step6:
When everything has settled i now pour in the chopped vegetable a stirred it out, covered it to boil for 3 more minutes before bringing it down
