Noodles! A common food. Which is a regular food in all countries. Noodles have some benefits:1. It contains fiber-like ingredients that help reduce constipation.2. It can be cooked in very less time.3. Various recipes can be shown by cooking noodles
Noodles also have bad sides such as:1. Noodles can increase blood pressure because it contains high sodium content.2. Eating noodles is harmful for diabetic patients 3. If noodles are eaten regularly, weight will not decrease but increase.Any food has both good and bad sides.
Today I cooked noodles. I have added some recipes to it. Everyone's way of cooking noodles is different. Each person cooks noodles in a different way. I am sharing my noodles recipe with you today.
First, I took a packet of noodles and the following ingredients: 1 onion, 2 green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, 2 small beets, also chopped cauliflower and an egg.
I have boiled the beetroot and cauliflower for a bit.
I boiled it a little with noodles.
Then I fried the egg neatly in a frying pan.
Now it's time to cook >> I put oil in a frying pan and fry the onion, chili and boiled vegetables in it. Then I add the spices from the noodle packet to the fried vegetables.
I'll add a little tomato sauce and soy sauce (to taste).
After adding all the ingredients, mix the spices well. Then add the noodles and fried eggs to the spices and mix well for about 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, before removing it, I will add coriander leaves and remove it from the heat.
