I struggle to make something that is delicious in less than 2 hours, and that is a weakness of mine in the kitchen. My beans are rarely done soaking before my wife could've already made a meal in that amount of time. This recipe is a perfect example of something quick, easy to prepare, and healthy but also delicious.
