
Hello friends, I hope you are doing well. Fish is my favorite food, I like to eat it very much. Yesterday I fished in the pond. Actually, that pond was our pond. But I did not get big fish there, I got some small fish. Which I cooked later. Such small fish are full of nutrients which are very good for my body. I am sharing the recipe with you step by step, I hope you like it.
Ingredients
- Fish – 1/2 kg
- Potatoes – 3–4 (medium size)
- Vegetables – 1 cup (chopped)
- Onions – 2 (chopped)
- Garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
- Ginger paste – 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
- Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
- Jeera powder – ½ teaspoon
- Coriander powder – ½ teaspoon
- Salt – as required
- Oil (Soybean) – ½ cup
- Green chillies – 4
Step -1
First I took some fish then I washed them well. Then I took a clay pot for a spice paste. Then I put the spices there. Along with that, I put some chili there. Then I ground them very well.

Later I cut some onions there which I chopped then I put them there then I put some garlic. I again made a paste of them well. Then in another pan I took some potatoes and vegetables.

Then I put the pasted spices there on top. Then I added some salt. But you can adjust it as you wish.Then I added some other spices little by little, I added turmeric. Then I also added some oil on top. Then I kneaded them well so that the spices spread well all around.

Step -4
In the next step, I spread the fish on top, then I added some water and put my fuel on the stove. Then I covered them.

boiled them for about ten minutes. Then when some water was absorbed, I added some water again and kept it for another five minutes. After a while, I took it down.

Then I served them in a bowl and I put some leaves on top. The fish was very tasty to eat and I served it. I hope you like this post of mine.
