Hello foodies !
Sometime we want to have something delicious, quick which can prepare with few ingredients and less efforts. For these types of craving cheese sandwich is a best option .

To make this sandwich no need to chop veggies and within 5 minutes delicious cheese sandwich is ready to go . Simply grab the ingredients and make the sandwich. We can make it with many ways … but this time I simply made on tawa with 2 slice bread, butter , cheese and herbs .

INGREDIENTS ✅
- Bread slice 4
- cheese slice 2
- Butter
- salt and chilli powder for sprinkle
METHOD ✅
First grab all ingredients, this time i use brown bread which i have . Use slice cheese , you can use any type of cheese . Butter and herbs . I use red chilli and salt you can use only red chilli flakes or origano.


Now put cheese slice on one bread slice and put another bread on it . You can add any spread on it like sezwan chutney , green chuteny or sause. But i skip all to make it just simple and delicious.


Heat a tawa , spread butter on the tawa , sprink salt and red chilli poweder and quick put bread slices on it . Spread the butter on the upper side too .


Now roast it for some seconds on the low flame and cover it .

Flip it and roast from both side . Butter already contain salt so use minimum salt or skip the use of salt .

Cheese sandwich is Ready to enjoy. Cut into 2 or 4 pieces as you like .
2 sandwich with 4 slices is enough for one person.

I really like these sandwich when i am hungry and no mood to make something. This is simply delicious .
Enjoy it as it is .

Or you can enjoy this with sause or green chutney. Today morning i made chutney for breakfast and in noon when i was craving to eat something , i made this sandwich and enjoy with green chuteny .
