Welcome to my blog again . I am so glad that you are . Today I would like to share a traditional dessert recipe which made by only 3 ingredients. If you want to make it healthy use jaggery and enjoy this sweet dish .

Halwa is a traditional dessert . My garnd mother said that in their childhood for every special occasion they made halwa at home . There are many types of hlawa , but most traditional and popular is aata halwa means halwa made by wheet flour. And at my home it is still favourite and every time we made this and love to have 😃.
So make this traditional recipe we need only 3 simple Ingredients available at home any time : wheat flour, ghee and sugar . We can make this dessert any time for any occasion. Even for all pooja we made halwa as parsad .

INGREDIENTS ✅
- Wheat flour 1 bowl
- ghee 1 Bowl
- Sugar / jaggery 3/4 cup or more
- Dry fruits (optional )
PROCESS ✅
First boil the water . I boiled 2.5 cup water for 1 bowl wheat .

Another side heat a kadai and add ghee . I use iron cast kadai this time to make it more delicious and healthy.

When ghee is melt add wheat flour and roast it .


Roast it on the low to medium flame and stir continuesly .



Roast it till flour become golden brown and you feel the aroma of the wheat .
Now add water and stir continuesly to avoid any lumps .

Add Sugar and still stir and stir till you get semi thick consistency.


Within 10 minutes your halwa is Ready to enjoy .

You can garnish it with some Dry fruits like almond and ceshew. Also can add cardmom powder. This time i only use almond pieces.

Enjoy this dish hot . This is a perfect dish to make your day sweet . Delicious mouth melting halwa is a just amazing and quick dessert , enjoyed it with your loved ones , you will definitely like this .
