Yesterday, my sister was craving for some shami burgers, so I thought—why not make them at home?
I made the shami patties ourselves using meat and lentils, just the way we like them delicious and cooked well.. I then toasted the burger buns, then fried the shamis until they were brown and crispy.
I also made some eggs to go with the burgers. For veggies, we didn’t have much, so I just sliced up some onions and cucumbers.
Then I put everything together spread some mayo and ketchup on the buns, then, added the shami patties, eggs, and veggies.
Simple, homemade, and so tasty. The burgers turned out great, and we really enjoyed them!
