It is true that the Creole style stands out for its high caloric content, but it is delicious, the fat has the quality of being practically addictive when it is disguised with good flavors. And yes, $12 seems to be a good price for this dish.

I understand that in Colombia they also have their good fast food variants, perhaps somewhat similar to the ones here.
