Hola #FoodiesBeeHive Hoy Día Santo, Sábado de Gloria, día del silencio, duelo y la esperanza, les comparto una rica receta de un dulce tradicional que se consume en nuestro país Venezuela, en estos días religioso, degustar entre amigos y familiares. La Mazamorra. Cuando realicé el dulce de leche ver enlace me comprometí a compartir, aquí estoy cumpliendo lo prometido e invito a seguir el debido procedimiento de este dulce tradicional.


Step by step//Paso a paso


Ingredients//Ingredientes:


  • 07 cups of liquid milk.
  • 02 cups of grated panela.
  • 03 grams of sweet seasoning.
  • 01 cup of precooked flour.
  • 07 tazas de leche líquida.
  • 02 tazas de panela rallada.
  • 03 grs de aliños dulces.
  • 01 taza de harina precocida.

Procedure//Procedimiento:


Portion:(08 servings)

  • First we grate the panela or piloncillo.

  • Primero rallamos la panela o piloncillo.

  • Then in a pot we add 05 cups of liquid milk.
  • We add the sweet seasoning and 110 grams of the grated panela.
  • Luego en una olla agregamos 05 tazas de leche líquida.
  • Agregamos los aliños dulces y 110 grs. de la panela rallada.

  • It is placed on the stove over moderate heat, stirring constantly, at the same time in a separate bowl, add 2 cups of milk and mix the cup of precooked flour, until it dissolves without lumps.
  • When the milk starts to boil, add the previous mixture and reduce the heat to low.
  • And with a paddle stir for a few minutes until it thickens and begins to boil forming thick bubbles.
  • When the desired consistency is obtained, it is removed from the fire.
  • Se coloca sobre la hornilla de la cocina a fuego moderado, sin dejar de revolver, al mismo tiempo aparte en un bol, agregamos 02 tazas de leche y mezclamos la taza de harina precocida, hasta disolver sin grumos.
  • Cuando la leche empieza a romper el hervor, se agrega la mezcla anterior y se reduce el fuego lento.
  • Y con una paleta revolvemos por unos minutos hasta ver que espese y comienza a hervir formando burbujas gruesas.
  • Cuando se obtiene la consistencia deseada se retira del fuego.

The mazamorra is food based on corn 🌽 and milk, sweetened with white, brown or panela, sugar, according to the favorite flavor, in this case I made it with panela.
In the case of the milk is beef, I prefer it raw, but I bought the long-lasting and complete milk because I could not go to the countryside or to another sector because it is far away.
Also, the flour by tradition is used corn pilado and ground by machine, at this time the white grain corn is scarce, so I used the precooked, giving almost the same result, good flavor and consistency.

La mazamorra es un alimento a base de maíz 🌽 y leche, azucarada con azúcar blanca, morena o panela, según el sabor predilecto, en este caso la realicé con panela.
En el caso de la leche es de res, la prefiero cruda, pero compré la de larga duración y completa porque no pude ir al campo ni a otro sector porque me queda lejos.
También la harina por tradición se usa el maíz pilado y molido a máquina, en estos momentos el maíz en grano blanco está escaso, entonces utilicé la precocida, dando casi el mismo resultado, buen sabor y consistencia.
