“A family that eats together, stays together 🥰.” There’s really something special about sharing food at a nice restaurant, laughing and talking while enjoying every bite.
Hello dear hivers !! Welcome back to MIYA's blog 💗 It’s been a while since my last update (June pa 😭), and I’m really sorry for being inactive. School has been so hectic that I barely had time for the things I love like writing, watching movies, and just chilling. But today, I’m finally back and I’m so excited to share with you an honest food review of a restaurant here in Bogo, Cebu. Kuchefnero.ph !! 🍽️😍
When we arrived, the place instantly gave me bahay-kubo vibes. The set-up was simple but cozy, and the atmosphere was super relaxing. It honestly felt like dining at home but with a more refreshing view.
Now let’s talk about the food, the best part of course 😉. For only ₱199, you already get a big bowl of chaofan with egg, plus siomai, lumpia, and ngohiong. And when I say big, I mean it looked like it was good for 2–3 people. Super worth it !! Aside from that, my father also ordered Chinese-style humba with rice, lomi soup, and chicken wings.
GUYS, let me tell you, their chicken wings stole the spotlight for me. It was soooo gooddd, it was very tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. I swear, you really have to try them when you visit. The lomi soup was also good! It was loaded with meat, veggies, and topped with crispy chicharon. Perfect for the gloomy weather since it was typhoon signal no. 2 that day (yep, we still had the urge to went out HAHAHAHA). The chaofan was filling and flavorful, and the lumpia paired with the egg was just chef’s kiss 🤌🏻✨.
The serving sizes honestly surprised us. When the food came, my first thought was, “Will I able to finish this bowl by myself ⁉️😭” It was veryyyy big, that BIG. Everything looked appetizing, and no wonder people keep coming back here. The food didn’t just look good, it tasted even better, and the flavors were comforting and satisfying. (I didn't finished my food because hindi ko na keri ubusin lahat HAHAHAHA I packed it in a plastic so that I can feed it to my dog but in the end, we left it at the restaurant cause we were too busy taking pictures lolxxx helpp naur 😭😭)
For my honest review, the food was delicious, flavorful, and very worth the price. The service was amazing too because the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had what we needed. The place itself was also so nice and relaxing, truly giving you that homey vibe but with better scenery. Kuchefnero.ph is a must-visit when you’re around Bogo. It’s affordable for the generous servings, and perfect for family bonding or even casual hangouts with friends. We’ll definitely come back again, hopefully when our whole family is complete. 🥰🙏
As I continue this journey, I @miyasomi, look forward to sharing more food adventures, small life lessons, and the little joys that keep me going. Until next time, chase your dreams with passion, and always remember to enjoy the beauty of simple everyday moments. Bye-bye 💞
