This is one to try. It looks tasty and sounds healthy.
I've tried goat's milk before but I am unsure about the cheese. I'll check the aisles of the supermarket:)
I have to admit that I don't know if goat cheese is healthy but it sure is so much more tasty than regular cheese. But I guess you hate it or love it.
I'm still not sure if you're supposed to eat the outside part, I always think it's a no but maybe it's the same as with brie and camembert that you can eat it.. I decided to take it off once it was melted so I had the full taste of the cheese, so good!
They come in small rolls here, I can't take a picture of it as I just ate the last bit (lol). I know you also have them cured and in bigger portions but these are perfect for a toast version.
Let me know if you liked it, I bet you do :)
Hope you're good btw!

Looking at it, I equate it to camembert and brie, so I would eat it too. If it weren't, I think the package would state to remove it.
I'm sure that it would be available in all supermarkets here, but I've just never looked. I always go for extra mature cheddar😋
Thanks for your good wishes. I'm doing well and settling back in on my boat:)
Makes sense that it would state that.. it's just sometimes it feels as if the outside layer is so hard to remove from the paper layer that you'd think you're eating paper lol.
I actually had that a few times so I'm not too keen on it but it may be a certain brand having that only or freshness issue, don't know.
Thanks for stopping by, I always love seeing you appear on my blog!
