Nowadays, what makes the most impact is the journey through social networks, and I am one of those passionate. I love to keep up with all the news, both internationally and nationally. One of the networks I really enjoy is TikTok, where I always find content I like. Recently, while surfing TikTok, I came across a page that caught my attention: "El Sabor del Fogón". The truth is, its beautiful dishes left me impressed, especially with the soups, which are my favorite!

I decided to investigate further and, to my surprise, I discovered that this new place is located in my city, Cumaná, in the state of Sucre. My heart leapt with happiness as I shared it with my husband. However, there was a small detail: they did not specify the exact address. After reading the messages in each publication with much excitement, we finally managed to find out where it was located, and to our surprise, it was very close to home!

Lately, I have been very stressed with my work disability process. So this morning I decided to leave early for the main office in the state of Sucre, known as the Educational Zone. Upon arrival, the security girl greeted me warmly and informed me that I was number six on the waiting list. Before leaving the house, I had only had a papaya juice, so hunger began to keep me company. While I ran my errands, my husband headed off to run his. Once I finished, I went to pick him up and we left at 10:58 in the morning. Since we needed to buy some medicine for my father-in-law, we stopped at the pharmacy. When we finished, I told him that I was starving. Then, with a smile, he said, "Honey, what do you say we go to the place you saw on the nets? Let's spend some time alone."

I confess that for many months I have not been able to enjoy a pleasant time with my husband, since our situation at home with our parents has not allowed it. So, when he told me that we were going to have lunch at this new place, my soul was filled with happiness. Upon arrival, we found the staff still working on setting up the ambiance and tables. However, they served us with great kindness and offered us the menu. Excited, I immediately asked if they had soups, since I had noticed that they were prepared on a wood stove and not on a gas stove. They confirmed that they did have beef and chicken options, and assured me that they were indeed wood-fired, and gladly took me to the place where the soup was prepared so I could watch the whole process!

I had the opportunity to talk to the cook, who assured me that his soups were very tasty and did not contain any additives or colorings. They only contained salt and seasoning. This filled me with joy, as I follow a strict diet. Then, I went to sit at my table and we waited about 15 minutes for them to be ready. When the guy arrived with our order, I was thrilled to see that the soup was even bigger than I had imagined. When I tasted the first sip, I was delighted: it was really delicious, with no additives or coloring. Its flavor and thickness were incredible. The soup was accompanied by a casabe, made of bitter yucca, which made the dish perfect; the vegetables were very soft and the meat was super tender. In addition, I decided to accompany my meal with a delicious papelón with lemon, which gave a refreshing touch to the heat of the moment.

Dear cooking lovers! I really enjoyed this very nice moment with my husband. The food was amazing; I would give it a 10 out of 10. The decoration of the place is beautiful and very eye-catching, and it also has a play area that makes it even more special. As for the customer service, it was exceptional. En la actualidad, lo que más impacto causa es el recorrido por las redes sociales, y yo soy una de esas apasionadas. Me encanta estar al tanto de todos las noticias, tanto a nivel internacional como nacional. Una de las redes que disfruto mucho es TikTok, donde siempre encuentro contenido de mi agrado. Recientemente, mientras navegaba por TikTok, me encontré con una página que me llamó la atención: "El Sabor del Fogón". La verdad, sus hermosos platillos me dejaron impactada, especialmente con las sopas, ¡que son mis favoritas!

Decidí indagar más y, para mi sorpresa, descubrí que este nuevo lugar está ubicado en mi ciudad, Cumaná, en el estado Sucre. Mi corazón dio brincos de felicidad al compartirlo con mi esposo. Sin embargo, había un pequeño detalle: no especificaban la dirección exacta. Después de leer los mensajes en cada publicación con mucha emoción, finalmente logramos descubrir dónde se encontraba. ¡Y para nuestra sorpresa, estaba muy cerca de casa!

Últimamente, he estado muy estresada con mi proceso de incapacidad laboral. Así que esta mañana decidí salir temprano hacia la oficina principal del estado Sucre, conocida como la Zona Educativa. Al llegar, la chica de seguridad me recibió con mucho cariño y me informó que era la número seis en la lista de espera. Al llegar, nos encontramos con los empleados aún trabajando en la preparación del ambiente y las mesas. Sin embargo, nos atendieron con mucha amabilidad y nos ofrecieron el menú. Yo, emocionada, pregunté de inmediato si tenían sopas, ya que había notado que eran preparadas a leña y no en cocina de gas. Me confirmaron que sí había opciones de res y pollo, y me aseguraron que efectivamente estaban hechas a leña. ¡Con gusto, me llevaron al lugar donde se preparaba la sopa para que pudiera observar todo el proceso!

Al probar el primer sorbo, quedé encantada: estaba realmente deliciosa, sin aditivos ni colorantes. Su sabor y espesor eran increíbles. La sopa venía acompañada de un casabe, hecho de yuca amarga, que hacían perfecto el plato; la verdura estaba muy suave y la carne era súper blanda. Además, decidí acompañar mi comida con un rico papelón con limón, que le daba un toque refrescante al calor del momento.
