A few months ago, I shared a recipe for brownies with ingredients like zucchini and banana. This was part of my quest to consume sweets without white sugar and with fewer refined flours. Here's the link to the recipe from that time.
Every day we encounter more recommendations and ways to prepare food, in this case sweets, using different natural products. We're considering combining ingredients we might not have thought of before, achieving a unique texture and flavor that makes for a truly pleasurable experience.
I called them "Happy Fruits" because bananas (not plantains) naturally contain minerals that boost well-being and help you feel good, lifting your spirits. The same is true for apples and all they provide.

Para esta preparación se utilizó
2 plátanos maduros pequeños
1 manzana grande
2 huevos grandes
2 cucharadas de cacao
Frutos secos para adornar, puede utilizar chocolate amargo (en esta preparación se utilizó frutos secos)
This recipe uses:
2 ripe bananas
1 large apple
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
Dried fruit for garnish; you can use dark chocolate (dried fruit was used in this recipe)

Cut the banana into pieces, and cut the apple into pieces as well. Remove the core from the apple, but you can leave the peel on.

Place the chopped apple, banana, eggs, and cocoa powder in a blender. Blend until smooth and lump-free.

Once the mixture is ready, transfer it to a container greased with butter and cocoa powder.

Once the mixture is in the dish, add the nuts for garnish. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

Once out of the oven, the cocoa color will be vibrant and the surface will have a beautiful shine.
