Breakfast with fruits

Good morning, beautiful people of Ecency! 💛

I hope your day started on a bright and refreshing note just like mine did! This morning, I decided to go for something light, colorful, and super healthy a sweet fruit mix that honestly made my morning feel extra special.

I gathered a few fresh things I had at home: banana, watermelon, pineapple, avocado pear, milk, and boiled eggs for that extra protein touch. I started by cutting the watermelon into juicy red cubes, then sliced the banana into neat round pieces. Next came the pineapple its bright yellow color instantly gave life to the whole plate. I gently scooped out my avocado pear, soft and creamy, and added it in. Then I poured a little milk on top and placed my eggs beside it to complete the meal.

When I was done, my plate looked like a rainbow of freshness. I took the first spoonful, and wow the sweetness of the banana, the juiciness of the watermelon, the tang of pineapple, and the creaminess of the avocado all blended perfectly.

My sister saw it and said, “This is really good for your body o, keep eating like this!” 😄 She’s right fruits and eggs are nature’s combo for energy, glowing skin, and a healthy body.

So, I’m starting my day feeling nourished, grateful, and refreshed.

What about you? What did you have for breakfast today? 🍉🍌🥑🥚💛
