Good day Foodies! It's me,Mj!
and for today's blog i'm going to share with you an easy, quick and affordable ulam recipe's that would be perfect for your family meal.

Toge or bean sprouts is a common ingredient used in Filipino cuisine used in dishes. The sprouts can be cooked in some various way.

But what I really love is a stir fried bean sprouts, so that when I ate that it has a crunchy texture

This recipe only requires you to use few and affordable ingredients which will suit to you if you are budgetarian person like me or budgetarian mommies out there. This meal is yummy, affordable and healthy meal which you can serve for your family.

And now, I will share to you this quick recipe. So, what are you waiting for? Join me in my humble kitchen and let's cook this quick and delicious recipe.

Ingredients
• 4pcs Tofu/Tokwa
• Seasoning Granules
• Bean Sprouts/Toge
• 1 pc Sliced Onion
• 6 cloves of garlic, minced.

Preparation:

First, Sliced the Tofu or Tokwa depends on the sizes that you want

Get and put a little bit of seasonings depends on your taste and mixed it very well then marinate it And set aside.

2nd, kindly slice the onion and garlic.

3rd kindly washed the the Bean sprouts or toge to make sure the vegetables are cleaned.

And there you have it! all ingredients are prepared.

Now, let's start cooking!

Cooking time:

First put some oil to your heated pan

Second, fried your marinated tofu/Tokwa

Third, on the same pan reduce the oil and start to saute garlic and onion , if you smell the aromatic of it. You can start to put all your Fried tofu/tokwa

Mixed it very well.

And lastly add the Bean sprouts/Toge . Let it simmer for 5-10 mins.

Make sure that veggies are not overcooked to maintain the crunchy texture of it and freshness of the vegetables.

And there you have it! You can serve now a Delicious, healthy and affordable meal for your family. Your family will surely love this. The taste is very delicious and yummy, the vegetables are crunchy and not overcooked and the tofu/tokwa balance the taste of vegetables. So it's very perfect for all health conscious people and budgetarian people like me.
