Hi, good morning everyone, see you again today, June 15, 2026. I hope we are all healthy and doing well. Today at 8:00 AM I woke up and then I made a lunchbox as simple and instant as possible, I boiled three eggs.

Boiled eggs are better to eat than fried eggs; boiled eggs have higher protein and are very helpful for losing weight. Boiled eggs have many benefits, one of the most certain is that they are a very high source of protein, help with weight loss, are great for those on a diet, help maintain brain health, improve eye health, and most importantly, strengthen bones so they don't become fragile, which can also boost energy.

Boiling eggs the right way is really easy and simple. The first thing we need to do is choose good, fresh eggs to avoid rotten ones. The way I check if an egg is bad or not is by adding water to a container and then seeing if any eggs float. If they do, that means they're rotten, and the ones that sink are the good eggs.
the container equipment used is just a pot

Once you've chosen the eggs, the next step is to boil them to the perfect doneness because cooking eggs has the desired levels of doneness. Six to seven minutes is medium, and this time I want it perfectly cooked, with a boiling time of 8 minutes, and the result is perfect.

If there’s a question about whether you can eat eggs every day, the answer is definitely yes. I eat eggs every day, at least 2 eggs, and I take them as snacks wherever I go. Two eggs a day are enough.

There are many ways to enjoy boiled eggs; you can add soy sauce, sauce, or anything you like, and they can be enjoyed with a bit of salt and pepper. For me, I choose to eat them plain without adding any seasoning. Eating boiled eggs every day really tastes amazing.
One boiled egg contains about 6 grams of protein. Besides that, boiled eggs contain vitamins and minerals that are important for our body. But remember, make sure not to eat too many boiled eggs because they contain quite a bit of cholesterol.
Thanks everyone @foodiesbeehive and @foodiesunite for giving me @martunis06 the chance to share about the food I love every morning. See you next time.
