I fell in love with your moi_moi and even copied the recipe to make it here in Cuba and claim it's a Nigerian dish. I don't see the ingredients as difficult. I only have one problem: the leaves. That plant isn't known here, or at least not by that name. Do you know if there's a similar one in this part of the world?
