So that's how they cook it! I keep reading about filipino style spaghetti but never really understood the difference. Maybe it's more sweet than savory?

Maybe it's sweet for those who have not tried the banana sauce. Others loved to add condensed milk to their spaghetti because they wanted it to be sweeter. But for me, I want to taste the combination of the meaty sauce and the cheese. That would satisfy my taste preference.
