Sarap naman nyan kabayan, have you ever tried squeezing them with salt before cooking ? That is how I used to cook bitter gourds . How about you kabayan ?

Hindi kabayan, yung isang ate ko and mahilig sa pag-squeeze, but yung style of cooking ko ay hindi sya mapait.

Pagkalagay ko kabayan ng ampalaya hindi ko sya hinahalo ng sandok, binabaliktad ko sya na parang nagluluto ako ng burger patty.
