Vegetable Stir Fry a nutritious and healthy recipe for my family

Today I'm gonna share to you one of the colorful food I've cooked for family.

I'm gonna show you how's this simple recipe be done.So lets get started.

Heres the following ingredients you will need in this recipe.
Ingredients:

  • ½ kilograms of pork or you can have shrimp,chicken or tofu depending
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • 1/2 kilograms of mixed vegetables (carrots, squash, chayote,potatoes you can also add brocolli in your recipe)
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
    Procedures
  1. Prepare all the ingredients.Sliced and washed it thoroughly

    2.Prepare the pan and heat the oil.Saute the garlic and onion until the aroma comes out.

    3.Add the pork stir fry it until golden brown and cooked.

4.Add vegetables like squash,chayote, carrots and potatoes.Stir it.And cooked for about 2-3 minutes.Add a little amount of water.Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

5.Check the vegetables if it's already tender and crisp,if not add another 2 minutes until it's cooked.

Season it with salt and pepper to taste.
And it's cooked!Serve it with rice.
