Hello Dear Hivers!How are you're food journey today?After going to the market to buy some goods, we went home and found these kids playing running to and from(my daughter and his nephew hungry),laughing and asked me if what to eat for their snacks.So I've decided to make another recipe which they haven't tried yet.
For sure kids will surely love to eat this because it's made from chocolate---its chocolate cupcakes.
Here are the ingredients used in making steamed chocolate cupcakes
2 pcs.egg
1½ cup sugar
1¼ cup Milk
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 tbsp chocolate color and flavor
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1½ tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 cup all purpose flour
Procedures in making steamed Chocolate cupcakes
1.Beat the 2 pieces of eggs in a bowl,add alternately the sugar together with the milk.Constantly stirring it until the sugar dissolved
Constantly stirring until the sugar will dissolve.
2.Add the milk and the oil,pour in the little amount of vinegar to balance the taste.
3.Followed by the chocolate flavor and the cocoa powder.
4.Consistently stir until the cocoa powder dissolved.
5.Pour in the all purpose flour and the baking powder and salt.
6.Constantly stir the mixture until it looked like this.
7.I prefer to sift the mixture to have a soft and smooth texture of my cupcake.
8.After sifting it.I already achieved the consistency,the smoothness that I want in my cupcake.
9.Prepare the cupcake molder.And start to put the mixture in the molder.Just half of it or until the brim of the cup so that when it rises it won't get out from the cup.
You can add peanuts as toppings to your cupcakes.
10.Prepare the steamer when it boils,place the cupcake in the steamer and wait for about 12 minutes for it to finally cook the cupcake.
11.And when it cooked remove it from the steamer.And served it with fresh fruit juice or water.
You can make until 22 pieces of this cupcake.
