Hope you're gonna feel okay today.Back to work again-- this morning I came rushing to cook this noodle soup or the"pansit sinabaw" in our dialect in Cebuano.Join me in my food blog journey today as I take you to the quickest and easy to prepare noodles soup or broth or stew that's perfect for breakfast.
It's 4:30 in the morning,time to wake up and make ready to serve the food for today. Just thinking of what will be the best food so as quick to prepare since I have to do a lot of chores after cooking.
So I made up my mind,making this noodles soup.
Here are the following ingredients to make this noodles soup.
1/2 kilo fresh miki pancit
1/4kilo chicken or meat(cut into small parts(cubes)
1/4 kilo chopped cabbage
1/2 pc.bell pepper
1 pc.onion
Small amount of minced garlic
1/4 cup of carrots (optional)
2 cups of water or if you have a stock (broth)for chicken or Pork,you can also add this
A small amount of cooking oil(vegetable oil)or anything you prefer
Salt and pepper to add taste
Procedures in Cooking the Noodles Soup
- Prepare the pan
2.Add a small amount of oil in a pan
3.When the oil starts to become hot,saute the garlic,add the onion and saute the chicken or meat( Wait for 2-4 minutes or until it becomes Golden Brown
4.After that,pour in the water and the chicken broth or the meat stick
5.Cover the pan and let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes or check if the meat becomes tender.
6.Add in the bell pepper and the carrots(optional) and the cabbage.
7.Let it stand for about 1 minute or 2 minutes.
8.Next to add is the noodles or the pansit.Mix it well.Stir and cook for about 3-4 minutes or until it's done.
9.Seasoned with pepper and salt to taste better.Check if you want to add more broth to your noodles soup,you can pour it in if you need it too.
10.Its cooked and you can now placed it in a bowl.Serve it to your family and Enjoy eating.

When it boils,start to add the veggies and the noodles.Wait for how many minutes until it's cook.
Transfer it in a bowl.Serve and Enjoy
After cooking the pansit noodles, I took a bath and start eating a scoop of it.So I won't be late in coming to my class.
This recipe is good most especially if you have a tight budget.There are many types of noodles that are cooked in different ways. You can also add eggs as toppings and spring onions on top of it.
I enjoy while eating this quick and Simple Recipe.I find it myself satisfying sipping the hot noodles soup early in the morning.
