Hello all food lovers in this community.Im back! Sharing  my beautiful recipe to you-- the Vegetable Spring Rolls.

Heres the ingredients on how to do this famous side dish the Vegetable Spring Rolls.

You need the following :
1 large carrot(sliced in a thin strips)
250g cabbage (shredded)
1 medium onion (chopped)
1clove of garlic(minced)
1tbsp of fish sauce
1/2tsp of salt
1 broth cube (this is optional for added flavor only)
2 tablespoon of oil to be used for sauteeing
1 cup of oil for frying
10 pieces of lumpia wrappers
Prepare the spices by slicing it into its desired sizes

Wash thoroughly the vegetables before cooking it.

Here are the cooking instructions:
1.Heat the oil in a pan. Saute onion and garlic in a pan until the aroma comes out.

2.Add the chopped vegetables  like carrots and shredded cabbage.Stir it thoroughly.After the simmer it for about 8-10minutes.

3.Season it with salt and fish sauce and broth cubes of you want to add some flavoring.

4.Drain and cool or strain the excess liquid and let it cool.

In wrapping the lumpia here's the following steps on how to do it.
- Slowly removed pieces by pieces the lumpia wrapper.
  
- Lay the wrapper on a flat surface pointing towards you.
  
 3.Place 2 tablespoon of vegetables filling at the center of the wrapper.
  
 4.Rolled tightly and sealed the edge of the wrapper with water.
  
  
 5.Repeat the steps untill all the filling is used.
  
 My vegetable Spring Rolls is all done.It is ready for frying!
 When frying the vegetables spring rolls heat the pan in a medium heat.
  
 2.Fry the spring rolls seam side down for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
 3.Drain on paper towels.
  
 If it's cooked already serve it with catsup or a spiced Vinegar topped with onion,garlic and Chile for dipping.

Vegetable spring rolls or the Lumpyang Gulay is a healthy vegetables like cabbage, carrots and wrapped in a lumpia wrapper.It can be eaten as a snacks for your kids also.This can be paired also with noodles.This is also a perfect appetizers whenever you have occasions at home.
