Hello food lovers in this community.How are you today! Hope you're doing well inspite of being busy preparing for Halloween's celebration. Today I'm gonna share to you one of the food I prepared for dinner this is also good even for lunch or for afternoon snacks---its the Crispy chicken fillet.

Heres how to do it.First is to prepare all the materials and ingredients needed to do this.
-1/2 kilo chicken breast sliced,pounded to make a fillet
- 3 tbsp of calamansi juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cornstarch
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- Oil for frying
- In marinating procedure mix garlic powder,salt, and pepper and a calamansi juice.Add chicken fillets and marinate it overnight.
- To prepare the coating prepare a bowl, mix flour and cornstarch. In another separate bowl beat the 2 eggs.
- Dip each fillet in flour mixture, then egg, then back in flour for extra crispiness.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry fillets until golden brown and cooked through (flip each side for about 2 minutes)

5.Place on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
