How are you doing right now?Here in our town,seemed the weather is not so fine.It's a bit rainy and it seemed like I cannot go out to the market to buy food for today.
What I've done is just to cook whatever will I see inside the fridge. And since it's cold here in our town, this recipe is perfect for the weather today.
A stir fry vegetable with tuna recipe has all the nutrients and is full of vitamins.This will surely nourished the kids and make them gain more weight.
My daughter is already in hunger and I'm in a bit in a hurry to cook her a food. So I am thinking to cook a stir fry vegetable with a tuna in it. I'm running out of meat so that's why as an alternative I used San Marino Tuna and mixed it with the vegetables.
So Here's how to cook this Stir Fry Vegetable with tuna
- First is prepared all the ingredients needed to cook like squash, chayote, cabbage,and the spice like garlic,onion and tomato.
- Cut the vegetables according to your desired size.I'm slicing it in a square bite sized.
3.Next is wash the vegetables thoroughly before cooking it.
4.Prepare the pan and add a little amount of oil.Sauté first the garlic,onion and tomato.Slowly toast it.
5.After a minute, cook the tuna first.Add in the vegetables and slightly mix it using the ladle.
6.Add a little bit amount of water.And summer it for five minutes.
Check if the vegetables are already cooked.Add in the cabbage as toppings of it
8.And It's cooked and ready to serve.We can it our lunch already
My daughter loves it so much that she was able to eat more rice.
