If started to bake my sourdough this year, but still haven't had a nice loaf yet. I'm on my 5th bake, luckily it's getting a little better
Keep perservering @livinguktaiwan ! I'm still a long way off baking the perfect loaf myself... but I have to say - getting the right tools has helped immensely. 😅 And the starter is a couple of months old! Very grateful to my partner's aunt for the gift - it's made all the difference, I think.
My Daisy is 3 months old now, still not very strong, but improving and good enough to produce what I think is a decent loaf. We'll get there one day 💪
