Yo no soy experta cocinando, pero quiero mostrarles como hago el palo a pique, bueno, nosotros lo decimos "pintao". Es un plato tradicional de arroz revuelto con frijoles.

Ingredientes:

3 tazas de arroz
2 tazas de frijol blando
Sal
Aceite
Onoto en polvo
Aliños:
Cebolla
Ají
Pimentón
Hojas verdes.

En mi casa tenemos la costumbre de picar los aliños y tenerlos congelados para no tener que picar todos los días a la hora del almuerzo. Entonces lo primero que se hace es sofreír los aliños con el aceite, el onoto y la sal.

Después de dejarlos sofreír un momento considerable para que no se queme pero tampoco que queden crudos se le echan las dos tazas de frijol blando para que hierva un rato.
