[Esp/Eng] Deliciosa crema de Berenjena 🍆 / Delicious eggplant cream

Hola amigos de esta grandiosa comunidad, espero que Dios los bendiga y que estén pasando una semana excelente, les tengo una receta para pasapalos de fiestas o para tener algo que probar en la reunión con tus amigos.

Nada más y nada menos que una sencilla crema de berenjena, súper fácil de hacer con muy pocos ingredientes, te aseguro que te va a encantar, es super deliciosa.

INGREDIENTES:
1 Berenjena grande
3 o 4 Dientes de Ajos (La cantidad según su preferencia)
1 Cebolla Mediana
Aceite
1 cucharada y media de mayonesa
Papel aluminio

Comenzamos lavando y cortando la berenjena por la mitad, con un cuchillo cortamos la pulpa de la berenjena a lo largo Sen llegar a la concha, le agregamos mantequilla o aceite y una pizza de sal.

Lo cubrimos con papel aluminio y lo metemos al horno por aproximadamente 30 minutos.

Por otro lado cortamos una cebolla mediana y pelamos los ajos, lo llevamos a un sartén con un poco de aceite caliente hasta que la cebolla se tiene transparente.

Una vez pasada la media hora, sacamos la pulpa de la berenjena y la agregamos en el vaso de la licuadora (en este momento hubo una falla eléctrica, no le pude tomar fotos).

Colocamos la mezcla en un envase de vidrio y le agregamos una cucharada y media de mayonesa, lo corregimos de sal y mezclamos.

El resultado es una crema de berenjena deliciosa que no te la vas a acabar, disfrútala.

Nothing more and nothing less than a simple eggplant cream, super easy to make with very few ingredients, I assure you that you will love it, it is super delicious.

INGREDIENTS:
1 large eggplant
3 or 4 cloves of garlic (the amount according to your preference)
1 medium onion
Oil
1 and a half tablespoons of mayonnaise
Aluminum foil

We start by washing and cutting the eggplant in half, with a knife we cut the eggplant pulp lengthwise without reaching the shell, we add butter or oil and a pinch of salt.

We cover it with aluminum foil and put it in the oven for approximately 30 minutes.

Once half an hour has passed, we remove the pulp from the eggplant and add it to the glass of the blender (there was a power failure at the moment, I couldn't take photos).

We put the mixture in a glass container and add a tablespoon and a half of mayonnaise, we correct it with salt and mix.

The result is a delicious eggplant cream that you won't finish, enjoy it.
