Holla friends! It's hopefully a beautiful day for all of us, and my heart is filled with gratitude because of how my day went. Another good news is that we have a national holiday tomorrow, so I would have enough time to rest.
Sometimes, you just crave a simple meal like noodles. That's what happened to me, and I decided to make myself a delicious bowl of noodles with eggs and plantain. The result? So delightful and delicious.
A number of ingredients went into the preparation of this meal. They are listed below.
Ingredients
▪︎ 120g chicken noodle
▪︎ 2 eggs
▪︎ 1 onion bulb
▪︎ 2 tomatoes
▪︎ 3 peppers
▪︎ 1 teaspoon garlic powder
▪︎ 1 teaspoon curry
▪︎ handful of greens
▪︎ 1 cooking spoon vegetable oil
▪︎ cucumber and plantain (garnishing)
COOKING PROCEDURE
STEP 1
Put a cup of water in the pan and set it to boil. Add noodles and half seasoning and cook for 5 minutes. Now prepare the onions, tomatoes, and pepper and set them aside.
STEP 2
Drain water from noodles after 5 mins. Clean pan and set it back of fire. Add 1 cooking spoon of vegetable oil, onions, tomatoes, and peppers along with the spices and fry for 2 minutes.
Crack the eggs, beat, and add to the tomatoes.
STEP 3
Add the precooked noodles into the tomato and egg mixture. Stir properly and allow noodles to fry a bit.

In just these simple above mentioned steps, our delicious noodle is ready in less than 15 minutes. I garnished it with cucumber slices and fried plantain, and the taste was not only delicious, but heavenly. I hope you get to try this noodles recipe because you will certainly love it.
