Me and my cousin planned to visit a new night market in the City and after seeing each other at the meeting place we just walk together to the place which is the night market in Cebu City since it is just a walking distance we just walked to get there.
While walking we just looked around at the shoes, clothes, accessories, and other items being sold at the night market until we eventually ended up at the food stalls.
My eyes were so happy cause for me food is life haha the foods are so mouth watering and serve with a nice and clean plating that can really attract people to try their food.
There I saw my favorite snack which is the SHAWARMA, are you familiar with that kind of food? Cause that's one of my favorite snack hehe aside from the fact that it is very yummy, saucy and spicy it is also affordable that even students can afford it.
Shawarma can be seen at malls, streets, commercial space and pop up stalls. It is always available anywhere in the City maybe because it is affordable, delicious and peoples favorite food or snack and ready to serve just by a few minutes of preparing you can already have your shawarma beef or chicken order.
So we ordered 3 pcs of shawarma, 1 for my cousin and 2 for me. The meat was good and tender the sauce was also good and I requested to add more spicy sauce and the man serving us is so generous.
Tasting their shawarma I can say that it taste so good for its price the meat is so tasty I can say that it was marinated with their own special ingredients.
I'm planning to make my own homemade shawarma soon if I'm not busy so that I could share my homemade shawarma food with my family and friends and so that we can eat more shawarma without breaking the budget.
Can't wait to make my own recipe of shawarma and compare it to local shawarma I've tried.
