Today I made a snails vegetable sauce for my father in-law who was not feeling fine and was hospitalize. So today he was discharged from the hospital and the doctor said will should be cooking what will boost his blood. Then as I was coming back from work I enter into the market and get some things that I needed to make the vegetable sauce for him.

Firstly I wash the snails thoroughly with salt to remove sand up to three times and also wash my smoke fish as well then add them into a pot and add all the ingredients it needs and then cook for 10 minutes

It's really hard to find snails here, but I have other ingredients in the kitchen. I think I'll try substituting squid for the snails. Will it taste the same?

It depends on how you cooked it but you can try it out
