Happy Monday, everyone! It's another week ahead. As I was scrolling through my gallery, I saw these photos from our dinner recently and thought of sharing them with you. I'm not a fan of hotpot shabu shabu, but so far, long men hotpot is the tastiest I've ever tried.

If you're confuse on what to order, worry no more as they have this set that already comes with meat, fish balls, greens, enoki mushroom, and lots of different kinds!

The soup also has a separator for the spicey and original broth. I like to mix them both in my Bowl to achieve that mild spicey kick. Good news is, the soup is actually unlimited and refillable.

Adjacent to our table is a long counter bar for sauces, oils, and condiments. If you're confuse on what to add, you can always ask for their staff to make the sauce for you. But in my case, I just grab the sauces that I find tasty and mix them all in. Turns out to be the best!

Lastly, i love the ambiance of the place as it feels like I'm truly eating a restaurant in China. Most diners here are either foreigner or Filipino Chinese.
After dinner, we then head out to grab some drinks to end the night. I was actually with some colleagues celebrating early Christmas. This December have been full of feast plus 4 exchanging gifts with friends and colleagues. I'm not sure if it's just me or in the Philippines, but we often celebrate Christmas almost the entire month, as early as the 1st week of December.
How's your December going so far? I hope you're having a good one.
That's it for today's blog. See you in my next one!
Sending some love and light
With love, Jane
