As someone from the Philippines, sinangag is something I grew up with especially paired with tapa or longganisa. I didn’t realize how different fried rice can be depending on the region or country! 😍

        Oooh that's a good combo! I never had longganisa but I can see it going well with the garlicky fried rice.
