Ampalaya is so bitter I never even eat it anymore, but I think salting the soaking water might make it taste better? I might try that 😁

        Yeah, I never love ampalaya before because of it's bitter taste but since I tried soaking it in salt first, it lessen the bitterness, so since then, I really love cooking this recipe. You must try it 🥰🤗
