Make a simple and delicious snack "Creamy JASUKE" or Corn,milk,cheese.

Good evening,foodies friends.Today I'm making an easy snack using ingredients readily available at home.Jasuke is sure to be delicious and a favorite with my husband and kids.

Today I made "Creamy Jasuke" Jasuke is an abbreviation of "JAgung" = corn, "SUsu" = milk and "KEju" = cheese. Usually this jasuke only uses 3 ingredients corn,milk and cheese by making it simpler by steaming corn then topping it with milk and cheese,but this time I made something different I made a version of jasuke doused with creamy sauce then topped with milk and cheese.Even though it feels a bit over taste but this is not what you imagine friends,because I chose cheese that tastes good enough to get the savory taste of cheese and I used sweetened condensed milk with cheese flavor but the taste of this sweetened condensed milk does not make the taste excessive at all because it is not too sweet.Still very suitable for friends who don't like sweet foods.

Let me show you all the ingredients used and how to make it.

Ingredients:

1 sweetcorn
2 tablespoons Hokkaido cheese sweetened condensed milk
20 grams cheddar cheese
150 ml plain UHT milk
1 tablespoon margarine
A pinch of salt
1 tablespoon cornstarch
50 ml water

Topping: Sufficient grated cheese (adjust to taste) and Hokkaido cheese sweetened condensed milk.

____How to make:

*Prepare all ingredients.Then, dissolve the cornstarch in water and set aside to thicken the cream sauce.

*Steam the corn for 7 minutes.Once done,transfer the corn into a container and add margarine,stir evenly,then set aside.

*To make the creamy sauce:Boil UHT milk,add a pinch of salt,and stir in the cheddar cheese pieces.Cook until the cheese melts.Once the cheese has melted,add the steamed corn mixed with margarine.Stir well.

*Add the cornstarch and sweetened condensed milk from Hokkaido cheese.Cook until thickened and creamier.

*Topped with grated cheddar cheese and sweetened condensed milk if desired.

Creamy jasuke is ready to be enjoyed.

If you don't have cheese sweetened condensed milk,you can use vanilla sweetened condensed milk.

You can adjust the ingredients according to the brand you use.If the margarine and cheese you're using are already salty,you don't need to add salt.
