Hello there my lovely hivers!!!
My mom's favorite dessert was mango float and we really don't want to make a mango float since we don't have enough money to buy the ingredients and the mango itself was quite expensive. But my auntie requested a mango float on my mother. So without hesitation my mom gets money from her wallet and tells my brother to buy ingredients for the market. Even though she doesn't have money she finyd ways to just buy the ingredients of mango floats. And of course if my auntie wouldn't request my mom there wouldn't be a mango float.
I already made some mango floats and I used my mom's cellphone since my iPhone was charging. But then for about a few minutes it got fully charged so I decided to use my own phone it's easier for me to make a blog and share it with you. This is one of the mango floats I finished placing on the plastic container.
There were so many crackers left and a milk and my mom kept putting a plastic container on my side and telling me to put a mango float on it.
These are the things, that I use and the ingredients to make the mango float special. Even if you don't have much money to buy some ingredients you can make with just milk with the crackers and a mango.
We just use these 2 kinds of milk, the angel kremdensada and the condensana. We were tight on the budget and the most important was the mango. My mom just bought 4 graham crackers and 1 crushed graham.
And 2 mangoes and I just get a thin slice of it to put in the container. And a small amount of milk.
We had a lot of Tupperware since my mom had a habit of hauling like this. This container would just be displayed on our cabinet and it will be used when we are having a feast or Christmas and New year.
**This is the step by step on how I do our mango float low budget edition;
**
First was to put the milk in the container.
Then add the mango it was just a thin slice since we had just 2 mangoes.
Then I took a selfie while making this dessert.
Add the graham crackers and put the milk on the top and the mango.
Then add the crushed graham.
Repeat the process until it gets full.
We had a different container and the crackers don't evenly fit on it. So I had to cut the crackers and put it in each side so there would be no gap.
I mixed the 2 milk on this pitchel and I just used a ladle to scoop.
This mango float that I made has less milk since I put a little scoop of the milk. Since there were a lot of containers, that I have to do.
I placed my phone on my front and recorded myself while making this mango float. This is evident that I'm the one who made all of the mango floats.
The milk that I mixed wasn't enough for 4 of the crackers so my brother went back and forth just to buy 1 condense and 1 kremsada he went back 2 times.
