Dinner is an important of the day, it's a meal that that should be light(shouldn't be a heavy meal) and should be taken on time too to enable easy digestion. When i have conversation with some individuals i do hear lots of them say somethings that shouldn't be. Some will say, me? I eat even at 12 or 2 am, infact whenever am hungry in the middle of the night i eat. Well everyone study their body system and choose what the feel is best for them even though it might not be healthy. For me i have a set time for my dinner and if not done then it can be taken again but replaced. I love my dinner being a light food and that's why this, is my favorite dinner. Yamarita is my favorite dinner let's go cook.
The ingredients for my yamarita
- 500g of yam
- 1 table spoon of pepper
- 1 raw egg
- 90ml of vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoon of all purpose flour
- A cube of seasoning cube
Step one
Peeling the yam
Peeling of the yam, washing it and cutting it to any shap choice i want. Bring water to pot and add salt. It's a half done cooking, so it won't be fully cooked to avoid it been over cooked.

Step two
In a plate, will be doing dry to dry, pour in the all purpose flour, add the seasoning cubes, the pepper then crack in the egg.

Lastly i cracked in the egg.
Step three
Pre-heat the vegetable oil on a low heat.
Pour in the yam into the flour mix, and make it mix well with the yam. Then fry the yam.

Mix it very well
Put into the oil
And let it fry, when it's golden brown, scoop it out and it's ready.
I love this because not only is it light, it's also simple and easy to make. It can be served this way, but any day i feel i need it to go with a drink, i will serve it with a cup of tea, coffee or freshly squeezed juice.
