Garlicky stir fry tofu with water spinach

I remember when I was young I hate tofu but I drink taho which is made from tofu. Right now when I grow up, all the foods that I don't like I can eat. This is another way of cooking the tofu aside from tokwa at baboy and sisig. I wonder what is the taste of tofu if you put on top of the soup. I saw it on a Korean vlog in youtube that they use tofu on their soup. I never see any dish yet here in the Philippines that has a tofu on soup. Comment down below if there is a dish with that on your place. I'm curious.


Ingredients


Garlic
Onion
Spring onion
Water spinach
Tofu
Oyster sauce


Let's start cooking!


First step fry the slice dice tofu wait until it's golden brown and set aside once done.

Next saute the garlic and onion.

Add the water spinach and spring onion. Pour the oyster sauce and little bit of water. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.

The last step is add the fried tofu.

Don't forget to add salt and pepper for additional taste. You can also put a crispy fried garlic on top and some chilli peppers powder. Serve it with rice and share it with your family and friends. I really like this dish because it's healthy and budget friendly.

I'm always happy to find new ways of cooking tofu usually I don't like it much but in some recipes can be really tasteful, it seems super in your recipe 💕
