Feliz día Viernes para todos los amigos Hivers voy con una rica preparación qué realicé para terminar de completar el desayuno de esta mañana puesto que no teníamos ganas preparar Atún enlatado con huevos además de unos aliños para ese toque tan especial y delicioso qué le aportan a nuestras comidas.
• Canned Tuna.
• Three (3) Eggs.
• Onion.
• Tomato.
• Sweet Peppers.
• Salt to taste.
• Atún Enlatado.
• Tres (3) Huevos.
• Cebolla.
• Tomate.
• Ajíes Dulces.
• Sal al gusto.
The first thing I did was cut the seasonings (Onion, Tomato, Sweet Peppers) into relatively large pieces since I don't like them very much but since they give a delicious flavor to the preparation, I add them after cutting each one into pieces, I set aside and place the pan on the fire to heat up with a little bit of vegetable oil that I forgot to mention in the ingredients, so I let it brown for a few minutes and be able to obtain all the flavor for the Tuna when all the flavors mix.
Lo primero que hice fué cortar los aliños (Cebolla, Tomate, Ajíes Dulces) en trozos relativamente grandes puesto que no me gustan mucho pero cómo le dan un sabor delicioso a la preparación le agrego después de cortar cada uno en trozos reservo y coloco el sartén al fuego para que se vaya calentando con un poquito de aceite vegetal qué me faltó mencionar en los ingredientes así que dejé dorar por unos minutos y poder obtener todo el sabor para el Atún al mezclarse todo los sabores.
Next, I proceed to open the canned tuna, and as you can see, it is, let's say, with more whole pieces, as you can see in the photographs in the best possible way. I remove it from the can and place it in a bowl. I add it to the pan where I had previously sautéed the seasonings, and I mix it a little so that all the flavors can be better understood.
Seguidamente procedo a abrir el Atún enlatado y cómo pueden observar es digamos con trozos más enteros y se aprecia en las fotografías de la mejor manera posible, retirando de la lata para colocarlo en un bol y agregar al sartén dónde previamente ya tenía los aliños sofriendo además de mezclar un poco para que todos esos sabores se conozcan bien entre ellos.
Then I cracked the eggs and carefully added them to the bowl with a little salt, then placed them in the pan and stirred all the ingredients periodically until everything was cooked very well and of course they looked this loose, which took a little more than three minutes. Then I let it rest for a while while the arepas were made, which we would then fill next.
Luego casque los huevos y agregué con cuidado en el bol con un poco de sal para después colocar en el sartén e ir revolviendo todos los ingredientes periódicamente hasta que se cocinaran muy bien todo y que por supuesto se vieran así de sueltos lo que se llevó poco más de tres minutos y luego dejé reposar por un rato mientras se hacían las arepas qué después rellenariamos a continuación.
Once they were ready, I made a small incision with a knife to open them up properly and slowly fill them, as I show you in the photographs. It really is the perfect complement to today's breakfast. So, all that was left was the best part: eating them. And I can tell you that they were delicious.
Ya cuándo estaban listas con la ayuda de un cuchillo le hice una pequeña incisión para abrirla bien y de a poco rellenarla cómo les muestro en las fotografías de verdad que es el complemento ideal para el desayuno del día de hoy así que bueno ya sólo faltaba la mejor parte y comérselas además les digo que estaban deliciosas.
